Dr. Who and the Daleks (1965) is a British science fiction film based on the popular television series Doctor Who. This reimagined adventure follows Dr. Who, his companions, and his time machine, Tardis, as they arrive on a mysterious, war-ravaged planet. There, they encounter a race of mechanical beings known as the Daleks and the remnants of their long-time adversaries, the Thals. Vibrantly filmed in Technicolor, the movie explores themes of survival, conflict, and ingenuity. Though not part of the TV series’ ongoing storylines, this standalone tale offers a compelling entry into the Doctor Who universe, blending thrilling moments with a vivid visual style.
