"PIN" is a psychological horror film directed by Sandor Stern and released in 1988. The movie revolves around the strange and unsettling relationship between a brother and sister, and their unique attachment to a medical dummy named Pin.

Leon and Ursula Linden, siblings from a dysfunctional family, grow up with their father, a doctor, who uses Pin, a life-sized anatomical dummy, to explain medical concepts. As children, Leon and Ursula are convinced that Pin is alive, attributing human qualities and personalities to him. After their parents' untimely death, the siblings inherit their father's medical practice and continue to rely on Pin for emotional support.

As they enter adulthood, Leon becomes increasingly obsessed with Pin, treating him as a confidant and protector. Ursula, on the other hand, struggles to distance herself from the uncanny attachment. Leon's mental state deteriorates, and he starts to enforce his belief that Pin is real, commanding Ursula to interact with the dummy as if it were a living person.

Ursula attempts to break free from her brother's delusions and establish a separate life. However, as the boundaries between reality and fantasy blur, Pin's influence over Leon becomes more dangerous, leading to a shocking climax that explores the depths of obsession, control, and the disturbing power of the human mind.
